We're so excited to work with you. This brief questionnaire will help us maximize our time together during your 1-hour Design Concierge session. Your answers will allow Taylor to come prepared with tailored advice and ensure your follow-up mood board is perfectly aligned with your vision.

Please complete this at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and email it back to us along with any photos of your space.
